2023 AFL Lunch

What a line-up of superstar guests we had join us for our AFL Lunch: it doesn’t get much bigger than Max Gawn and Luke Darcy in the ruck (just ask Leon) but we also had some very entertaining interviews with rising AFLW star, Tahlia Gillard and media icon, Mike Sheahan – this was a wonderful chance to sit in a corner of the pub with two old stagers who know more about ‘who did what and why’ than anybody else in AFL circles.

Thanks to our wonderful Sponsors and the many who have already donated, including the very generous donors of some exceptional auction items, we are thrilled to have raised almost $400,000. That said, we remain hopeful of exceeding that target before the end of financial year – put simply, we need to if we are to keep our promise to contribute half of Ruben’s $1.4-1.5m operating costs each year.
